Kyocera's name rests on long life and low running costs. Choose a TASKalfa copier or an ECOSYS printer new from us, or a used or refurbished Kyocera that we have checked and will service.
Kyocera builds drums and developer units that keep going for an enormous number of pages, so fewer parts get swapped and the cost of each page stays down. For A3 copiers, look at TASKalfa. For A4 printers and multifunctions, look at ECOSYS.

A TASKalfa name is quick to read. In the 2554ci, 25 is the speed in pages a minute and the final 4 is the generation. The ci tells you colour. So the 3554ci is the 35 page model from that family. Go back one generation and you reach the 2553ci; one more and it is the 2552ci. No c, as in the 5004i, means mono. ECOSYS is the compact side of Kyocera: printers and multifunction printers, mostly A4. Two of them print A3 colour, the ECOSYS M8124cidn and M8130cidn.
Is running cost the number you watch? Then compare Kyocera first. The TASKalfa 2554ci, a compact A3 colour copier, sits well with a small team. If your office never prints A3, an ECOSYS office printer handles the same work and takes up less room.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.

TASKalfa covers Kyocera's A3 copiers. ECOSYS is the compact range, mostly A4 printers and multifunctions.
Colour. The TASKalfa 2554ci prints colour at 25 pages a minute. Drop the c, as in the 5004i, and the machine is mono.
For most small and mid sized offices it is a sound pick, provided it has a service history and a reasonable page count. The 2553ci, and the 2554ci after it, are the TASKalfas we see most; the older 2552ci turns up less. Say how you print and we will point you to the right one.
