The renewed grade: near new in looks and running
Rent an office copier from $15 a week plus GST. You pay one regular amount, the machine is serviced for the whole term, and you can move to a newer model when the term ends. The agreement runs for years. It is not short term hire.
Two or three copiers matched to your printing, each with its weekly or monthly figure beside it.
A rental agreement in your business name, normally three to five years, subject to approval.
Delivery, network setup, scanning and a walk through for your team, all included. Most machines are working within about a week of signing.
A service agreement looks after toner, parts and repairs, billed at a fixed rate per page.
Step up to a newer machine or return this one. Would you like to keep it? Ask us.
A sample of the machines we see most, shown in the makers' photographs. The list turns over weekly. Ask what is in now, and you get its page count and figures.

The rental range starts from $15 a week plus GST, on selected refurbished A3 machines. Four things set your figure: the model, its grade, colour or mono, and the term, which is normally 36, 48 or 60 months.
Printing is billed per page at a fixed rate under the service agreement, with mono and colour priced on their own. On an all inclusive rental, the included prints are pooled over the full term. Describe how your office prints, and the weekly figure and page rates come back in writing.
Installed, serviced for the term, then upgraded or handed back.
Plenty of businesses book rental payments as an operating expense. Check with your accountant how that applies to you.
Six short scenes, from the paperwork to your team printing.
Compare two or three machines that suit your printing.
Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
An all inclusive rental bundles a set number of prints across the full term, rather than capping each month. A heavy month adds nothing to the bill, and a light month is not lost. Ask whether it matches your print pattern.
Plenty of small offices never print A3 and have no need for a full copier. An A4 multifunction printer rents on identical terms, from $10 a week plus GST: a single regular payment, our servicing, the same replacement warranty, and a newer model once the term ends.

Hire means days or weeks: a conference, a short project, a temporary site office. A Copier Store rental runs for years, on a machine picked for your office and serviced throughout. A copier for a few weeks is hire, and hire is not on offer here.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

During the term, the machine belongs to the rental company. When the term ends it comes back to us, and you choose a newer model or hand it back. Hoping to keep it? Ask us.
