Where Ricoh is strong
Ricoh's IM C range is known for the Smart Operation Panel, a touch screen that works like a tablet, and for solid A3 colour at every speed. The MP C range before it is still common and still well supported.

Decoding a Ricoh model number
Ricoh's A3 range comes in two kinds: IM C means colour, plain IM means mono. The first two digits of the number give the speed: an IM C3500 prints 35 pages a minute, an IM C4500 prints 45. Before IM C came MP C, so the MP C3504 is the 35 page colour model from the previous generation. You will find both secondhand. The IM C models have the Smart Operation Panel.
Is a Ricoh right for you?
Running a busy office? Look at Ricoh's IM C3500 and IM C4500, refurbished: A3 colour at 35 or 45 pages a minute, for a fraction of the new price.
Getting a Ricoh from Copier Store
Ricoh machines are on our list secondhand only: renewed, refurbished and used. New models in the range come from Kyocera, Toshiba, HP, Lexmark and OKI, and you get a straight comparison with any of them. Whichever you pick, delivery, installation and service come from us. We do not sell a machine we cannot service. Prefer not to buy? Copier rental is from $15 a week plus GST. Finance subject to approval. The lowest weekly figure applies to selected machines.

Have a Lanier? Look at the Ricoh range.
Lanier copiers are Ricoh machines with a Lanier badge on the front. The newer ones share their model number with the Ricoh they were built as, so a Lanier IM C3000 is a Ricoh IM C3000. Older Lanier models, the LD series, carry numbers of their own: a Lanier LD320, for one, is a Ricoh Aficio MP 2000. It is serviced as a Ricoh, and we can tell you which parts and toner suit it.
Replacing a Lanier, or adding a second machine beside it? Send us the model number. You get the matching Ricoh back, and whether one is on our list, used or refurbished.

Which Ricoh do you have in mind?
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Interested in a Ricoh?
Name a model, or describe the job. Written figures come back to you. Every enquiry is answered the same business day.
Replacement warranty
Machine fails? It gets replaced. Right to the end of the term.
Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
Questions
Ricoh: common questions
Can I buy a new Ricoh from you?
Our Ricohs are secondhand: used and refurbished. If you want new, the brands we supply are Toshiba, Kyocera, HP, OKI and Lexmark.
Is an older Ricoh MP C still a good buy?
Often, if your workload is light and the machine has been checked and serviced. The newer Smart Operation Panel arrived with the IM C range that followed.
Is a refurbished Ricoh available to rent?
Yes. Pricing follows the model and its page count. On selected machines, rental is from $15 a week plus GST, subject to approval.
What is a Ricoh IM C2000?
It is the entry model in Ricoh's IM C range: an A3 colour copier at 20 pages a minute, one step below the IM C2500. Ask whether one is on our list now.
Is a Lanier copier the same as a Ricoh?
Yes. Ricoh builds Lanier copiers. On newer models the numbers match, so a Lanier IM C3000 is a Ricoh IM C3000; older LD models have numbers of their own. It is serviced as a Ricoh; ask us about parts and toner for your model. Ask for the Ricoh equivalent of your Lanier and we will check the list.
