Printing mostly black and white, sometimes on A3? The Ricoh MP 2555 answers that: an A3 mono multifunction copier running at 25 pages a minute. Choose renewed, refurbished or used. Every unit is checked, and you get its page count in writing up front.
Photograph supplied by the makerThe MP 2555 runs at 25 pages a minute in Ricoh's MP 2555 to 3555 range. Its sister models: the MP 3055 at 30 and the MP 3555 at 35 pages a minute. By the maker's figures, it handles double sided originals in a single pass at speeds up to 110 images a minute, takes 1,200 sheets as supplied and 4,700 with paper options added and handles card as heavy as 300 gsm. Ricoh has since moved on to the IM 2500.
A3 black and white, 25 pages a minute: checked, graded and serviced by us.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
It is sized for a small team, up to about five people. For a bigger team, the MP 3055 is the same series at 30 pages a minute.
Choose the MP 2555 renewed, refurbished or used. Every unit is checked, and its page count reaches you in writing before you choose. Pay outright, or take a rental or lease on a term of up to 60 months, set by the machine's age. Included in the price: delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
On a service agreement, a machine that fails is replaced, for the whole term. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, finance is subject to approval, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
No. Ricoh has since brought out the IM 2500. Secondhand is the way to get one now, and we do not sell a machine we cannot service.
It varies from machine to machine. You get the exact count in writing before you choose, and it tells you more than the year it was made.
Same series, different pace: 25 pages a minute against 30. Tell us how many people print and we say which fits.
Yes, subject to approval. On selected machines rental is from $15 a week plus GST, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back. Ask about this one and the figures come to you in writing.
