What does cheap really mean with a copier?
The purchase price is only the start. Across three years, most of your spend goes on running the machine: toner, parts, repairs and the cost of every page. A low priced machine with costly pages is no bargain.
So compare three numbers: the purchase price or the rental payments, the cost per page in mono and in colour, and what that page cost includes. You get all three from us, in writing.
