Need A3 colour copying, printing and scanning in one machine? The Konica Minolta bizhub C250i answers that: an A3 colour multifunction copier running at 25 pages a minute. Choose renewed, refurbished or used. Every unit is checked, and you get its page count in writing up front.
Photograph supplied by the makerThe bizhub C250i runs at 25 pages a minute in Konica Minolta's bizhub C250i to C360i range. Its one sister model is the bizhub C360i at 36 pages a minute. By the maker's figures, it reaches 100 images a minute when the optional single pass document feeder is fitted, takes 1,150 sheets as supplied and 6,650 with paper options added and handles card as heavy as 300 gsm. Konica Minolta has since moved on to the bizhub C251i.
The bizhub C250i: 25 pages a minute in A3 colour, on our secondhand list in three grades.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
It is sized for a small team, up to about five people. Konica Minolta's recommended volume tops out at 16,000 pages a month. More people printing? Step up to the bizhub C360i, from the same series at 36 pages a minute.
Renewed, refurbished or used: pick the grade that suits your budget. Every bizhub C250i we sell is checked first, and you get the page count in writing. Rental or lease terms run as long as 60 months, with the machine's age setting the limit, or you can pay outright. Delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff come with it, anywhere in greater Melbourne.
On a service agreement, a machine that fails is replaced, for the whole term. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, finance is subject to approval, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
Not new: Konica Minolta moved on to the bizhub C251i. A secondhand one from our list is checked, graded and serviced by us.
That depends on the unit. Its page count comes to you in writing first, because that says more about wear than its age does.
Up to 16,000 pages a month, on Konica Minolta's recommendation. Its rated maximum is 130,000 in a single month.
Same series, different pace: 25 pages a minute against 36. Tell us how many people print and we say which fits.
