What about Xerox, Lanier, Brother and Epson?
Until 2021, Xerox copiers in Australia were Fuji Xerox machines, and the line has since moved to the Fujifilm name (see the Fujifilm and Fuji Xerox page). So the Xerox machines in Melbourne offices today are Fuji Xerox models, and you can buy them from us secondhand. Lexmark, which you can buy new from us, became part of Xerox in 2025.
Lanier is Ricoh under another badge. A newer Lanier shares its model number with the matching Ricoh, so a Lanier IM C3000 is a Ricoh IM C3000. Have one? Find its Ricoh equivalent.
As for Brother and Epson, their A3 machines are mainly printers for the occasional A3 job, not the office copiers we supply and service. Replacing one? The usual step up is an A3 copier or an office multifunction printer: compare A3 copiers and printers and the office printer range.
Unsure which maker? Describe your printing
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Which brand suits you?
Describe how your office prints and get the brand and model that fit. Every enquiry is answered the same business day.
Machine fails? It gets replaced. Right to the end of the term.
Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
Brand questions
Which photocopier brand is best?
None wins outright. All the major makers build sound office machines. What decides it is your volume, the screen your staff find easiest, the cost per page, and who can service it locally.
Should I choose Kyocera or Toshiba?
Either is a reliable A3 choice. Kyocera's long life parts hold running costs down, and Toshiba uses one panel layout across its range, which staff pick up quickly. Both are in the range new, so you can compare them side by side.
Which brands do you service?
Every brand we sell, because we service every machine we supply.
