Getting a copier into your building

A freestanding A3 copier stands taller than a desk, measures about 60 centimetres across and weighs well over 80 kilograms. So before delivery day you are asked about stairs, lift sizes, door widths, loading docks, access hours and parking.

City towers usually want a loading dock and goods lift booked ahead, and with trams on so many streets there is little room to stop at the kerb. Terrace offices and upstairs suites can need an extra pair of hands. Share what you know about the building and the day is planned around it.

How far out do you deliver?

Right across greater Melbourne: Werribee and Point Cook in the west, Craigieburn in the north, Croydon in the east, and Cranbourne and Frankston in the south east.

What if my business is outside greater Melbourne?

Ask before you choose a machine. You get a straight answer on delivery and service, not a guess.

Is delivery included?

Yes. On every machine we supply, delivery, installation on your network, scanning set up and a walk through for your team are in the price. If the building needs a dock booking, it is arranged with you before the day.

How soon will it be installed?

Most machines are in within about a week of signing. A new machine that has to be ordered can take longer, and you are told so before you sign.
