A3 colour, 30 pages a minute: checked, graded and serviced by us.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
Best fit: a group of roughly five to fifteen people. For a bigger team, the MP C3504ex is the same series at 35 pages a minute.
The MP C3004ex comes in three grades on our list: renewed, the closest to new; refurbished, the most popular; and used, the lowest outlay. Each is checked, with its page count in writing. Buy it outright, or rent or lease over as long as 60 months, depending on its age. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
Put it on a service agreement and our replacement warranty runs for the full term: a machine that fails is replaced. On selected machines, rental is from $15 a week plus GST, with finance subject to approval.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
No. Ricoh has since brought out the IM C3000. Secondhand is the way to get one now, and we do not sell a machine we cannot service.
It varies from machine to machine. You get the exact count in writing before you choose, and it tells you more than the year it was made.
Same series, different pace: 30 pages a minute against 35. Tell us how many people print and we say which fits.
Yes, subject to approval. On selected machines rental is from $15 a week plus GST, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back. Ask about this one and the figures come to you in writing.
