A3 colour, 45 pages a minute: checked, graded and serviced by us.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
Best fit: a busier floor of roughly fifteen to thirty people. More people printing? Step up to the MP C6004ex, from the same series at 60 pages a minute.
Choose the MP C4504ex renewed, refurbished or used. Every unit is checked, and its page count reaches you in writing before you choose. Pay outright, or take a rental or lease on a term of up to 60 months, set by the machine's age. Included in the price: delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
On a service agreement, a machine that fails is replaced, for the whole term. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, finance is subject to approval, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
No. Ricoh has since brought out the IM C4500. Secondhand is the way to get one now, and we do not sell a machine we cannot service.
It varies from machine to machine. You get the exact count in writing before you choose, and it tells you more than the year it was made.
