The IM 4000: 40 pages a minute in A3 black and white, on our secondhand list in three grades.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
The IM 4000 comes in three grades on our list: renewed, the closest to new; refurbished, the most popular; and used, the lowest outlay. Each is checked, with its page count in writing. Buy it outright, or rent or lease over as long as 60 months, depending on its age. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
On a service agreement, a machine that fails is replaced, for the whole term. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, finance is subject to approval, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
That depends on the unit. Its page count comes to you in writing first, because that says more about wear than its age does.
They sit in the same series. The IM 4000 runs at 40 pages a minute and the IM 5000 at 50. Match the speed to the number of people printing.
It can. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, subject to approval. Rental is not hire: it is a business agreement with one regular payment. Name the model and we send the figures in writing.
