Kyocera built the TASKalfa MZ9500i as the 95 page a minute member of its TASKalfa MZ9500ci and MZ10500i series, released in 2026. Also in the series, by A4 speed: the TASKalfa MZ7500ci at 75, the TASKalfa MZ7500i at 75, the TASKalfa MZ8500ci at 85, the TASKalfa MZ9500ci at 95 and the TASKalfa MZ10500i at 105 pages a minute. On the spec sheet, it handles double sided originals in a single pass at speeds up to 150 images a minute, takes 4,350 sheets as supplied and 7,850 with paper options added and handles card as heavy as 300 gsm. It is a current model in Australia.

Who should choose it

Best fit: a large office of thirty people or more, or a print room. For a bigger team, the TASKalfa MZ10500i is the same series at 105 pages a minute. For a lighter load, the TASKalfa MZ8500ci runs at 85.

A new TASKalfa MZ9500i carries the maker's warranty, which on a new machine usually covers hardware for 12 months, not consumables. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.

Replacement warranty

Machine fails? It gets replaced. Right to the end of the term.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
