Kyocera built the TASKalfa MZ4001ci as the 40 page a minute member of its TASKalfa MZ7001ci series, released in 2025. Its sister models: the TASKalfa MZ2501ci at 25, the TASKalfa MZ3501ci at 35, the TASKalfa MZ5001ci at 50, the TASKalfa MZ6001ci at 60 and the TASKalfa MZ7001ci at 70 pages a minute. By the maker's figures, it reaches 274 images a minute when the optional single pass document feeder is fitted, takes 1,150 sheets as supplied and 7,150 with paper options added and handles card as heavy as 300 gsm. It is current in Kyocera's Australian range.

A new TASKalfa MZ4001ci carries the maker's warranty, which on a new machine usually covers hardware for 12 months, not consumables. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.

Replacement warranty

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
