Who should choose it

Think of it for a busier floor of roughly fifteen to thirty people. Kyocera's recommended volume tops out at 15,000 pages a month. Need more pace? Look at the ECOSYS MA5500ifx: 55 pages a minute. Printing less? Compare the ECOSYS MA4000wifx at 40 pages a minute.

Buying it new

Order the ECOSYS MA4500fx new and it arrives with the maker's warranty. Included in the price: delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff. We deliver across greater Melbourne, from CBD towers with lifts and loading docks to warehouse estates in the west and north.

Rental is the usual choice: a business agreement over three to five years, one regular payment, serviced throughout, and priced from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, subject to approval. A lease or an outright purchase works too. On a service agreement, our replacement warranty covers the full term.

Replacement warranty

Machine fails? It gets replaced. Right to the end of the term.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.

On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
