A4 colour, 35 pages a minute: supplied new and set up for you.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Supplied new, with delivery, installation and set up.
Best fit: offices of up to about ten people whose printing is mostly A4. The maker's guide is up to 1,200 pages a month. More people printing? Step up to the ECOSYS MA4000cifx, from the same series at 40 pages a minute.
A new ECOSYS MA3500cifx carries the maker's warranty, which on a new machine usually covers hardware for 12 months, not consumables. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
Buy it outright, or spread the cost with a rental or lease, subject to approval. Selected machines rent from $15 a week plus GST, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back. Put it on a service agreement and a machine that fails is replaced, for the whole term.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
