The machine
Body and speed are shared with the C911: double sided, networked, made for heavy media. OKI Australia ended sales in March 2021; its list shows support until 31 March 2028.
Running heavy card through an older OKI? The C931 is a C900 series A3 colour printer made for volume, at 50 pages a minute, taking card up to 360 gsm. OKI has stopped selling it new but supports it until 2028. It is on our list secondhand, and the current C911 is available new.

Heavy card at 50 pages a minute, and how long OKI will support it.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
In good running order, a C931 is worth keeping while OKI supports it. Tiring? A low page count secondhand C931, or a new C911, does the same work.
On our list the C931 comes secondhand. Every unit is checked, and its page count reaches you in writing before you choose. Pay outright, or take a rental or lease on a term of up to 60 months; the machine's age sets the longest term. Included in the price: delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
Put it on a service agreement and our replacement warranty runs for the full term: a machine that fails is replaced. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, finance is subject to approval, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
Yes. OKI Australia's list shows support to 31 March 2028.
Very little in the work they do: same C900 body, same 50 pages a minute. OKI Australia still sells the C911 new.
Secondhand OKIs can be rented on a term matched to the machine's age, subject to approval. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines. Tell us which one you are after and the figures come back in writing.
