The machine
Many print rooms bought the C910n as their first C900 model for colour on card. OKI Australia's sales ended in March 2019, and support finished on 31 March 2026.
Still printing on an OKI C910? This C900 series A3 colour printer prints 36 mono or 31 colour pages a minute and takes card to 300 gsm. OKI ended its sales in 2019, and support finished on 31 March 2026. Here is what that means for you.

Beyond OKI's support: what to know if a C910 still runs in your office.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
Beyond the maker's support, a C910 keeps going only as long as parts can be found. While it prints well, there is no rush. When it stops, the current C911 takes on the same work, quicker and on heavier card. Both paths come to you costed in writing, and in the same changeover we can take the old one away (trade in).
The C911 is on our list new, beside secondhand C900 series printers, every unit checked and its page count stated in writing. Included in the price: delivery, network installation and a walk through for your staff. On a service agreement our replacement warranty runs for the full term, so a machine that fails is replaced.
Pay outright, rent or lease, subject to approval; rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, and at the end of a term you can upgrade or hand it back.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
No. OKI Australia's list shows its support finished on 31 March 2026.
OKI's current C900 series model, the C911, at 50 pages a minute, taking card as heavy as 360 gsm.
Secondhand OKIs can be rented on a term matched to the machine's age, subject to approval. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines. Tell us which one you are after and the figures come back in writing.
