A3 colour, 25 pages a minute: checked, graded and serviced by us.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
It is sized for a small team, up to about five people. Lexmark suggests up to 20,000 pages a month. For a bigger team, the XC9335 is the same series at 35 pages a minute.
The XC9325 comes in three grades on our list: renewed, the closest to new; refurbished, the most popular; and used, the lowest outlay. Each is checked, with its page count in writing. Buy it outright, or rent or lease over as long as 60 months, depending on its age. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
With a service agreement, our replacement warranty covers the full term. Selected machines rent from $15 a week plus GST, subject to approval. We do not sell a machine we cannot service.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
It varies from machine to machine. You get the exact count in writing before you choose, and it tells you more than the year it was made.
Up to 20,000 pages a month, on Lexmark's recommendation. Its rated maximum is 100,000 in a single month.
They sit in the same series. The XC9325 runs at 25 pages a minute and the XC9335 at 35. Match the speed to the number of people printing.
Yes, subject to approval. On selected machines rental is from $15 a week plus GST, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back. Ask about this one and the figures come to you in writing.
