25 pages a minute, A3 colour, renewed, refurbished or used.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
Best fit: a small team, up to about five people. The maker's guide is up to 13,000 pages a month. For a bigger team, the bizhub C308 is the same series at 30 pages a minute.
The bizhub C258 comes in three grades on our list: renewed, the closest to new; refurbished, the most popular; and used, the lowest outlay. Each is checked, with its page count in writing. Buy it outright, or rent or lease over as long as 60 months, depending on its age. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
With a service agreement, our replacement warranty covers the full term. Selected machines rent from $15 a week plus GST, subject to approval. We do not sell a machine we cannot service.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
No. Konica Minolta has since brought out the bizhub C250i. Secondhand is the way to get one now, and we do not sell a machine we cannot service.
It varies from machine to machine. You get the exact count in writing before you choose, and it tells you more than the year it was made.
