Want colour, A3 and a scanner in a single box? Konica Minolta's bizhub C458 is an A3 colour multifunction copier at 45 pages a minute. Pick a grade: renewed, refurbished or used. Each machine is checked first, with its page count stated in writing.
Photograph supplied by the makerKonica Minolta built the bizhub C458 as the 45 page a minute member of its bizhub C458 to C658 range. The rest of the series runs as follows: the bizhub C558 at 55 and the bizhub C658 at 65 pages a minute. On the spec sheet, it handles double sided originals in a single pass at speeds up to 120 images a minute, takes 1,150 sheets as supplied and 6,650 with paper options added and handles card as heavy as 300 gsm. The bizhub C450i took its place.
45 pages a minute, A3 colour, renewed, refurbished or used.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
It is sized for a busier floor of roughly fifteen to thirty people. Konica Minolta suggests up to 30,000 pages a month. For a bigger team, the bizhub C558 is the same series at 55 pages a minute.
The bizhub C458 comes in three grades on our list: renewed, the closest to new; refurbished, the most popular; and used, the lowest outlay. Each is checked, with its page count in writing. Buy it outright, or rent or lease over as long as 60 months, depending on its age. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
Put it on a service agreement and our replacement warranty runs for the full term: a machine that fails is replaced. On selected machines, rental is from $15 a week plus GST, with finance subject to approval.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
No. Konica Minolta has since brought out the bizhub C450i. Secondhand is the way to get one now, and we do not sell a machine we cannot service.
It varies from machine to machine. You get the exact count in writing before you choose, and it tells you more than the year it was made.
Up to 30,000 pages a month, on Konica Minolta's recommendation. Its rated maximum is 150,000 in a single month.
They sit in the same series. The bizhub C458 runs at 45 pages a minute and the bizhub C558 at 55. Match the speed to the number of people printing.
