Printing mostly black and white, sometimes on A3? Consider the Konica Minolta bizhub 287: an A3 mono multifunction copier rated at 28 pages a minute. It is on our secondhand list in renewed, refurbished and used grades. Each is checked, and its page count comes to you in writing before you choose.
Photograph supplied by the makerKonica Minolta built the bizhub 287 as the 28 page a minute member of its bizhub 227 to 367 range. The rest of the series runs as follows: the bizhub 227 at 22 and the bizhub 367 at 36 pages a minute. It reaches 45 images a minute when the optional document feeder is fitted and takes 1,100 sheets as supplied and 3,600 with paper options added.
The bizhub 287: 28 pages a minute in A3 black and white, on our secondhand list in three grades.
Taken from the maker's published specifications. Every machine is checked, and you get its page count before you decide.
Think of it for a group of roughly five to fifteen people. The maker's guide is up to 13,000 pages a month. For a bigger team, the bizhub 367 is the same series at 36 pages a minute. Fewer people? The bizhub 227 does 22 pages a minute.
The bizhub 287 comes in three grades on our list: renewed, the closest to new; refurbished, the most popular; and used, the lowest outlay. Each is checked, with its page count in writing. Buy it outright, or rent or lease over as long as 60 months, depending on its age. The price takes in delivery, network installation, scanning setup and a walk through for your staff.
On a service agreement, a machine that fails is replaced, for the whole term. Rental is from $15 a week plus GST for selected machines, finance is subject to approval, and at the end of the term you can upgrade or hand it back.
Every one links to its own page of maker's specifications. Ask about any, and you hear whether one is in now.
Say what the machine must do, or name a model. You get two or three that fit, each with figures in writing. No obligation.

Put any machine on our service agreement and the replacement warranty comes with it. New or secondhand, and whether you rent, lease, finance or buy outright, the rule is the same: should the machine fail, you get a replacement. The cover runs to the final day of the agreement, not the end of year one.
On a new copier the maker's own warranty is usually 12 months, on the hardware only; consumables sit outside it. Beyond that year, your cover is the service agreement. Your agreement sets out the full terms of the replacement warranty.
It varies from machine to machine. You get the exact count in writing before you choose, and it tells you more than the year it was made.
Up to 13,000 pages a month, on Konica Minolta's recommendation. Its rated maximum is 28,000 in a single month.
